Re: can you see preferred technician at a glance on the dispatch board? Without having to go to the customers info? I move things around on my schedule based on zones and if a call has a preferred tech I cant tell.

when you say preferred technician are you stating the customer has a preferred tech? I ask this because we have customers ask for a specific tech and i created a tag "preferred technician" and it show on the dispatch board
