@sheila_a good question. I'm not sure how you can run a report to access
pinned notes. It's a great idea though to add to the ideas area! The
only report I know that allows you to include pinned notes in Accounts
Receivable and it is exportable to ex...
@krowe you can set up an alert to send an email or text to someone on
your dispatch team to take care of scheduling the additional
appointment. Is this what you're looking for?
