I am trying to connect ST to Zapier and I am getting a "authentication
failed: Bad Request:{error. "invalid client"} anyone know what this
means? On ST it says that it is successfully connected.
Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any zaps that have worked for them
to be able to parse their emails? For example, you receive a purchase
order and the information gets placed into ServiceTitan automatically?

we ended up figuring it out. You have to apply for ST and Zapier
connection. We submitted the application and ST said they would get back
to us in 48 hours.
