Hello Titans!
I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with AIA billing, and getting to 100% and it wont process $0.01? It has happened several times on my end where, say for example there is $609.10 left to bill and we go to bill that amount to bill it out 100% and when I enter the $609.10 it turns red and says "Sum of work completed from previous application, work completed this period and materials presently stored cannot exceed scheduled value". Which it doesn't. It will allow me to bill out the total amount minus 1 cent and then the remaining balance to finish is $0.01, but I am unable to process that last penny.
Has anyone had this issue and how have you overcome it?
