the Accounts Receivable report should show all credit balances. It is imperative that the report show so all customers credit balances in order to properly reconcile Service Titan against accounting software Accounts Receivable report
You can see all the credits in AR Management (By navigating to Accounting -> AR Management)
You can also post the idea of having it available in Accounts Receivable report at https://community.servicetitan.com/t5/Ideas/bd-p/ideas and others users will be able to vote for it to be implemented in future releases.
