Does anyone use the Task feature in ST when doing collections on customers?

Hello,

I am fairly new to ST and have been researching everything I can build my knowledge on ST beyond the tutorials.  The tutorials are helpful, but actual "user" is usually where the best information is discovered.  I was wondering if you have found a way to manage and monitor Customer Collections within ST and would you be open to sharing your process.  I also want to make Customer Collections only visible to specific users within the company.

I totally agree with you!

We have a scheduled AR report and put notes in ST under the Customer, and update accordingly.  I would like to utilize the ST task feature to streamline the process; especially when questions need to be asked to other departments to help resolve collection issues. 

When we go into our 'slower' period, I am hoping to test it out.
