Only one of my technicians is having an issue with greensky not working on their tablet.
we have completed the training multiple times and its still not working.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We also had an issue with our sales team not being able to access GreenSky, getting a message that they needed to complete the training even though they had all done so. Turned out that they have to use a link to training that originates in ST (not GreenSky) in order for it to be set up properly.
