I heard there are issues with Service Titan and QB online - what are the limitations and are there any major issues we should be aware of before switching to QB Online??
We are ST newbies - came over end of April from FieldEdge. Love most things about ST, but syncing to QB online has been a nightmare due to the exported invoices being "locked" for editing after being exported. Is this causing problems for anyone else?
How do I add a line item on the invoice to add the credit card fees when customers are paying by credit cards?
PO Number in File Name of downloaded copy? Can Purchase Orders downloaded as a PDF file include the word "PO" and the purchase order number in the filename - right now it reads as "Download.pdf", where it should read "PO 421475317213.pdf" or similar
I would love to see an added button on the accounting for adding notes to an Invoice. ex. waiting on Order or waiting for 3 payments etc. Thanks, tammie
Adding saved Credit Card information in ST is not a historical item that shows anywhere as to when and whom saved the information when taking a payment? I have contacted support and they said they do not have the information saved. This could have potentially financial and legal issues. Has anyone found where this information might be stored?
I think it would be really nice to be able to edit the text in the email that is sent to customers when they sign an estimate! Currently this is hard-coded for all Service Titan customers, and says that a team member will reach out to the customer soon.
