I keep encountering QuickBooks Error 15240 when trying to download payroll updates. The error message says something about incorrect date and time settings or issues with my internet connection. I've tried restarting my system, but the error persists. How can I resolve this issue and get my payroll updates to work properly?

To resolve QuickBooks Error 15240, ensure that your system's date and time settings are correct. Verify that Internet Explorer is set as your default browser, as QuickBooks relies on it for updates. Also, check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure they aren’t blocking QuickBooks. If the problem persists, run QuickBooks as an administrator by right-clicking the QuickBooks icon and selecting "Run as administrator."
