I'm encountering QB Error 15270 while trying to update my payroll. It says, "The (payroll) update did not complete successfully." I'm not sure what’s causing this issue. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

QuickBooks Error 15270 often occurs due to incorrect update settings or interference from User Account Control. To fix it, ensure QuickBooks is updated to the latest version. Then, go to the Help menu and select "Update QuickBooks Desktop." Disable User Account Control temporarily by going to the Control Panel, selecting "User Accounts," and adjusting the settings. Finally, restart QuickBooks and try updating the payroll again.
