Hi,
Go to your Service Titan Dashboard then at the top right hand corner click the space shuttle icon then go down on the left about Payroll and Admin then from there you will see something called "Simplify your payroll with technician timesheets" under the launch tab that will show you what needs to be setup on your end in order for this feature to work properly.
