Our techs have flagged that we're collecting a high number of signatures from customers for each job—usually around 4, but it can increase to 6 or 8 depending on the number of sold estimates and if the customer is paying by credit card. We are looking for best practices to reduce the number of signatures required. Additionally, is there an account configuration we could explore to help with this? Specifically, we are interested in:
- Bypassing signatures for estimate-only jobs.
- Bypassing the signatures on the invoice for jobs booked from a sold estimate that the customer has already signed.
- Bypassing the need for a new signature if a tech edits a line item on an estimate that the customer has already signed and approved.
- Efficiently handling multiple jobs sold to a single customer, where technicians create one estimate for each job type and then need signatures for each sold estimate.

Hi Nicole! For #1 & #2 you can turn off the signature requirement for specific job types in your account and they won't be required for estimate only jobs or install jobs.
#3 currently that is not possible.
#4 To answer that accurately we would have to discuss more in detail.
