If anyone has the answer to this, I would also like to know! We currently use ServiceTitan for both credit cards and ACH, but I don't want to use their ACH payment processing system anymore. I found out this morning that we have had $8,661 in failed transactions since April. We didn't receive any kind of notification that the transactions failed. They actually show up as successful in ServiceTitan! In all cases, the money was deposited into our bank account and then withdrawn a couple of days later. I have zero trust in this platform anymore and would not recommend.
