Is there a simple way to put together a detailed estimate for a customer including labor, materials and sales tax but present to the customer only a single price for the entire project estimate and invoice?

I have this same question.

I also need the sales tax to not only track in ST but export to QB.  It's working on our T&M invoices but I'm wondering what is everyone doing for Project Billing and for Flat Rate pricing?  Is there a way of breaking out and tracking the sales tax?

I just sent you an email explaining how we do it here. Maybe that can help a little?

I would like to get more information on how you are doing this Kevin. We are really struggling with this and trying to come up with all sorts of work arounds to manage it.

I'm not 100% on the details but we have a task called "Retail Sales Price" that bundles all the separate line items into it and that is all that appears on the Estimate and the Final invoice.
