Monthly Statements

The monthly customer statements include invoices that have not been finalized and exported yet - these are pending invoices that have work to be completed in the future. 

Needless to say this is not what the customers want, or should be seeing.  We would like to simply have our monthly statements be reflective of the month end AR aging but are being told that isn't possible.  Has anyone found a work around for this?

You should not have to "play with the settings". When we first started with Service Titan, you could click a box from the customer page where the statements are, and it would not include the pending invoices. Then they had to do a update to make things better, so they thought, and took that away. If they would just put that box back, it would be soooooo much easier.

How are you sending the Statements? If you are using the AR Management screen you "should" be able to accomplish this (or something close to it depending on the day you send them) if you play with the settings.
