Anyone else think some sort of autosave function is valid with call taking / call bubbles? As it stands now, if a job booking in process has to be transferred to another employee, and that second employee takes over the call bubble, all of the information the initial employee entered is lost. Inefficient!
In short, the green bubble only pertains to the CSR that clicked on it - if the call is transferred the info is lost as it does not follow the call, and we do not have any sort of auto-save.

Hi @sandraw8! It's not super common that our customers utilize call transfer to this level. I would definitely submit it as an idea for review by our development team though!

Hi there, upon further investigation I must say the best thing to do here is submit an idea. If anything, I would recommend to reduce the mount of calls transferred. What is the current workflow happening causing to transfer the call?
