Issues with Recurring Service Events on the Follow Up screen

Good afternoon, all! 

My call center utilizes the Recurring Service Events tab under Follow Up. Recently, as soon as we begin typing in the Summary box after putting in the booking information, the screen will refresh and bring us back to the Job Screen, erasing any text we have entered. Of course, we can still type in information from the Job screen, but I've just noticed it being an issue as of late.

Is anyone else struggling with this issue? Any suggestions??
