Good morning, friends!
I need some guidance. I have recently taken on the roll of Service Operations Supervisor and I need some help figuring out some "best practices" for a few things.
I have CSRs who are in charge of AR follow up and scheduling Recurring Service Events ( HVAC Maintenances) and I have a few ways that I have been tracking the occurrence of the follow up that is being done in those areas. I am looking to see what methods other Supervisors are using to possibly help me smooth out my process.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
