Location issue. Customer has sold his property. Now property is owned by someone else (a new customer) How to ensure the bill goes to the new owner? And, the sold property address no longer appears connected to old owner?

I've tried this method, but the existing history does not transfer over to the new customer.
Anyway we can transfer the existing history with the old customers name on the invoices to the new customer's history?

Create a profile for the new owner. Go to the location page on the old owner's profile and click the pencil icon to edit. Under the customer field, clear the old owner's name and start typing in the new owner's name. A drop down list should pop up as you're typing, select the new owner's name and press save. Your location should now be attached to the new owner and detached from the old.
