We use a variety of recurring services for things such as maintenance or duct cleaning. When I have marked the job type to require choosing a recurring service, it doesn't differentiate between the job types. I have had to disable the requirement to use a recurring service until we find a work around. Any suggestions?

We also have this concern, but for us it is much less often that the wrong event is automatically marked complete on a job than a CSR missing the step to Mark as Complete during booking. So we left the feature on and then trained our CSR's for the few that dont match- at the end of the booking process they click the event box to Mark as incomplete. And if they missed then it is caught during batching and fixed to Mark as incomplete.
