Just curious -
At my first Plumbers we had a fair amount of female dispatchers so the culture was pretty tame, but as I am the only female in my new company, I feel like I work in a locker room! I don't mind it at all. I'm 49, I've heard literally everything and nothing really offends me - But I was curious, in your respective situations, what's the culture like and how do you navigate it as a Lady?
