I'm struggling with the Dispatch board drag and drop feature to change the technician's job time. The arrival window doesn't change with it so my customer notifications are wrong if I move the job around. I got excited when I saw the feature advertised recently and was hoping it had been updated, but nothing has changed. Anyone else having this issue? It's creating a ton more work when I JUST need to move a job around on the same day.
