How can I text a customer a message on Service Titan?

WHEN WILL TEXTING BE AVAILABLE? WE NEED TECHS TO BE ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES TO OUR CUSTOMERS. I SAW A POST THIS MORNING AFTER THE UPDATE SAYING IT WAS NOW AVAILABLE.    WHERE???

I wish it would hurry. I always have to reschedule calls. A lot of our customers won't answer their phone because they don't know the number. If I leave them a voicemail - they never check it. I have TONS of customers request that we text them for everything. Maybe soon...

Q1 is gone. Wonder when it will come out!

@Diana Martinez-Droese? There isn't a texting function in ST yet. Though there is one being designed and it's stated for release in Q1 of this year.
