Is there a way to determine geographical location of maintenances in a certain area, so that we can cover 1 neighborhood, all maintenance customers, for the same week or days.. This will reduce travel times back and forth to that neighborhood over

The closest I've been able to come to doing this is downloading to an excel spreadsheet then searching for particular zip codes, or street names. I personally have separate tabs in my excel spreadsheet of areas of towns so I can (try to) schedule one technician for an entire neighborhood, or on days they dispatch from home, the area of town they reside in.
