Pin Point neighborhoods in Marketing Pro

We would love to be able to send direct mail out to a full neighborhood. Say we go to a home with the same builder and know that that neighborhood will have bad air compressors or the builders install all of the same units that are going to fail. Is there a way to drawl around one specific location?

Hi @Jessica4 - the best you can do at this time is to filter by a Zip code. You can do this in both direct mail acquisition (filter by zip) or retention (I suggest using Zones that you've set zip codes to). For retention direct mail, another option would be to add a tag to all customers in that neighborhood and use the tag in your audience builder. That's definitely a manual process, but if someone in the office has down time, they could search by street names in that neighborhood to find which customers to tag.
