Is there a way to manually refresh technicians' locations on Maps 2.0?
Our company has been having problems with Maps 2.0 for quite some time. It has not been updating correctly. For example, one of our technicians' locations was last updated four days ago, on October 10th. We cannot figure out how to get it to update to show the technician's current location. When hovering over the technicians on Maps 2.0, each has varying dates of last updated, ranging from 10/11 (three days ago) to even as early as February or even January of this year.
We've already checked that the technicians' mobile apps are set to Always Allow Location, so that can't be the issue. Even when removing and reenabling the permission, nothing changes or updates.
I can find no Knowledge Article that provides any way to fix this issue. I'm not sure if it's something that we ourselves can fix, or if it's a glitch in the system that a ServiceTitan software developer will need to troubleshoot. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
