My name is Daniel and I'm a user experience researcher supporting our ST dispatch team.
We have a survey on the existing Dispatch Pro experience and a new Dispatch Assist feature currently being considered.
We'd like feedback from anyone familiar with typical Dispatcher duties and the ST dispatch board.
(Participants don't need prior experience with Dispatch Pro or Dispatch Assist.)

Results we get here may have implications for how we develop Dispatch Assist or related features to improve the Dispatch Pro experience.
