The dispatch board pop-up was made far more useful by the addition of the "call customer" phone icon that allows you to call a customer right from the dispatch board. We always text customers we fail to contact via phone every time we attempt to dispatch a technician. It would be insanely helpful to us to have a text option on this board as well. It could give precious minutes back to my dispatch team a day.
