Service Titan has become completely useless to our sales team. It is tough to say what is causing it, but the tablet seems not to sync, even though it can download and update the price book. When building an estimate nothing shows up in sub items or sub material items. So you are unable to see what is in a price, or edit/build your own. We have several cases open on this issue, shared screens and sent over screen recordings. An enormous amount of time and effort has been spent to learn this system and then build it, but at the end of the day it is unusable.

The issues are still unresolved. My Sales Team cannot use Service Titan to quote jobs and it is continuing to hold up progression on inventory.
