How is everyone utilizing follow-ups? What we were told was that we have to build the estimate, then book the job... All estimates & job booking is done in our office. Our dispatcher was accidentally booking these "jobs" but shouldn't have been. So now we are canceling the jobs in order to avoid accidently scheduling something that isn't booked.

I use follow up's for Recurring services. We don't utilize the memberships, we created a tag for recurring services to pull up when running the follow up report. Not sure how the follow up works for estimates but I see that it shows for estimates un sold and sold. I'm not sure how that works, as I haven't used. Hope this helps you.
