Is anyone else having a problem where they send a customer an invoice, estimate, or reminder via email and it's getting caught in the junk mail folder? Is there a way to fix this on our end without having to coach the customer through how to add us to their trusted email list?

We have been experiencing this issue as well for months. Were you able to find a way to prevent invoices and estimates from going to customers spam?

@josh_bab I'm not aware of anyone having any problems with emails going to spam at this time. I recommend having your CSRs tell your customers to add noreply@servicetitan.com to their list of addresses. This prevents messages from going to spam. Especially if they are a new customer. They could always ask existing customers if they are having trouble receiving your emails.
