Selling an estimate

Good Morning, 

I am trying to "Sell" an estimate and I am getting an error message stating that it can not be sold by a non-managed technician.  I have never had this happen before in the 2 years that I have worked here.  What is going on?

Is the estimate creator someone who is no longer with the company?

@MirandaMel I have this situation and yes a tech that is no longer with the company that created the estimate.

Hi @dawnbradley -- I don't believe non-managed techs have the ability to convert estimates. Here's a guide that gives you the different abilities for managed vs. non-managed techs on the mobile app, along with the different scenarios.
