🚩SEE ALL NOTES

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make see all notes option for the new version. I know that not every company wants to see all the notes, but my company relies heavily on notes especially while on the phone with customers. There is no room for error or delay when a customer is on the phone trying to discuss a previous repair. No one in my company wants to use the new version because we cannot see all the notes. This is such easy fix a simple button that says "see all notes" would be SO HELPFUL. Please!!

This would be amazing!  I rely on those notes for customer service calls heavily.  I would also like the notes to be date/time and technician stamped and make them so they can not be deleted by other technicians.

I would love a "See All Notes Option". I especially want to see all notes, or really any at this point, from the call screen directly. That's why I came up with this idea
