It would be great to have a fingerprinting clock that integrates with ServiceTitan, so we can use 1 system to do payroll for all employees, including office staff.

Additionally, we are currently not using the ServiceTitan payroll features because when they clock in to the app, it's not geofenced so they can technically clock in from home.

Also, for the techs, is there any way to know that they clocked in from the office?

If you have the employees profile set up to be included in payroll and the permission to view employee time tracking page, when they first log into ST they should get a pop up that says do you want to clock in for the day. They can also access it by clicking on the person icon on the top right of the screen, then hit time clock.

There is an option for the office to clock in and out.  Also, you can deduct commute time with the techs so that if they do clock in from home then it takes that out.  You can also choose to pay first drive or not.

What about knowing if a technician is clocking in from the office? Is there a way to record where they were when they clocked in?
