Suggestions for improvement

1. When marking a job complete, it changes to a different screen to save.  On the next screen “SAVE” is off the screen, below the margin (you must scroll down to click “save”).  I think to confirm “save” should be a pop-up box, not a different screen that you have to scroll down to click “save”.   
2. Phone number doesn’t print on invoices or show on invoice screen (on PC).  You have to go to another window to find the number which is inefficient.
3. VIN and dispatch # don’t print on the invoice or show on invoice screen (on PC).  Again inefficient.
4. Safelite EDI setup still not complete (entering all Safelite invoices on their website).  No auto-send to EDI.  
5. Credit card processing NOT possible on PC.  Paying higher rate for keyed info.
