Training Mode Unlocked

Under the team trainings tab, each team members name shows training progress, completion, position, business unit and training mode. All but one of the employees say 'N/A' under training mode and one individual employee says 'unlocked' does anyone know what 'unlocked means? I cannot find a forum or discussion on this?

If an employee has been "bypass" can that be undone to complete the training?

No, it is non reversable.  They still have the classes assigned to them though, so the training can still be done, and you can add other relevant classes.

Not sure about N/A, but unlocked means they have completed the little initial training classes in the training mode that comes on naturally.  Bypassed means you chose to bypass that mode for them, and I guess active means they are actively in that training to give them access to the software.
