We would like to try this! However, we found out we can only assign one business unit to a technician and we have several that do service and installs and new construction. Some also do gas plumbing. How do you all work with this?
Hi- Yes. We use it and have been for over a year now. We love it and it saves the CSR's so much time during the day as well as training new CSR's. We were hesitant at first and have never looked back. We are so happy we made the decision to use it.
Yes! It saves your CSR's time trying to look at the board and decide if and when there is availability. Also allows for accurate web and google bookings. It does require some maintenance like making sure shifts stay accurate and up to date and holiday shifts are scheduled to block off time. If you know a heat wave is coming and need to leave room for emergency service you can manually reduce capacity also!
