Has anyone suggested that Customer Notifications be business unit specific? The reason is that we are a multi faceted company with 3 major business units that all require a different message for Customer Notifications. Currently there is no option to do this and we are cramming 3 different messages to a client that is only getting one specific service. This will make us or any company look a lot more professional by being able to send a service centric message.

Voted. I had asked about automatic estimate followups by business unit before to tech support, but that is per company too.
