Duplicating Form

Our technicians duplicate forms regularly when ordering parts from multiple vendors, but we are not getting the points in ST Advisor. Any notes?

Hi @embowes a couple things, 1. make sure this feature is not "hidden" or snoozed within TitanAdvisor and 2. verify the number of forms duplicated in the last 30 days by clicking into this feature. This is how it's measured and will determine if you get the points.
