I feel like I'm going nuts! I know for a fact I put our general exclusions, wording, etc on our estimates. I went in and physically put it in there. I don't recall how and now when I go to pricebook Templates, it says I have none. 

But I'm looking at an estimate and it has our logo, it has a little customer message, etc. Can someone please please remind me where I go to edit/revise the parts of my estimate that aren't job related!

I literally just found it and almost cried haha - thank you so much! I've been looking for (off and on) for a month! I even reached out to customer service but they kept re-routing me back to templates and I knew that is not what I wanted. 🙂 Thank you!
