Sound Notification for call bubble

Is there a way to have a sound notification play when the call bubble comes up... we all use multiple screens and sometimes do not see the call bubble because we are switching back from different programs

I agree or to have the screen light up or something

I just always have Dialpad open (on my PC) for phones pro and it will literally show a notification at the bottom right hand corner of my screen.
