I've heard a few times from ST users and employees that the term "project" confuses people. Has anyone considered changing the name of either construction projects or install projects. I was perusing my Titan Advisor and noticed we are not getting points for progress billing, it shows we only have progress billing on 11% of our "projects" well that's because only 11% of our projects are new construction and require a progress bill, same goes for status' and names.
