REPORT SHOWING LOCATION PINNED NOTES??

Is there a report that I can use to show pinned notes for locations that have them?  More specifically, I am wanting to look at anything with "2023" typed within the note.   I am ok with filtering as long as I can do that either in ST or after export to Excel.  I know I can run the Accounts Receivable report but I need the location pinned notes, not customer.

@sheila_a good question. I'm not sure how you can run a report to access pinned notes. It's a great idea though to add to the ideas area! The only report I know that allows you to include pinned notes in Accounts Receivable and it is exportable to excel. However, you'll only see pinned notes on customers with a balance on their account. Otherwise, you might want to reach out to support to see if this is something they can run on their end.
