Does anyone have both substantial but separate service and delivery markets and how do you handle it? We are considering creating two locations for each of our customers that have both service and delivery. One would be exclusively for their delivery jobs and one for their service jobs. It is frustrating when a customers records have a lot of delivery jobs before we find their most recent service record. And while I can filter it, the filter does not hold from one contact to the next.
