Tags for chats

Is there a way to make tags visible on the preview for open chats? I know there is the "Recurring Services Booking" tag that is attached when customers respond to the reminders. I would like the ability to display certain other tags to the preview to help in other cases. E.G. There are multiple divisions of your company the division tag could show up in the chat.
