audit trail question

How come I do not see an audit trail of when this customer was changed on this job and who changed it? This would be nice to be able to see when someone changes information within the job details.

Unfortunately, that's not a feature of ST right now. There is a popular product improvement idea for this, you should up-vote it: Audit Trail for Updating Customer Information For now, best practice would be to instruct your team to leave a note on the Customer page when changes are made.
