iPad users cannot login

My lead generators use either Safari or Chrome on iPads. All of a sudden, they're not able to login. The screen is blank below the black bar that contains the menu items. The icon to sign in/out is missing. I tried clearing the cache and data. Uninstalling/reinstalling the browser. Tried various browsers to no avail. The weird part is that it worked on the user's iPhone, so I setup a new iPad and he's back in business. Now I have another lead generator with the same problem. Anyone have a solution? We also tried resetting passwords.
