There are different types of booking requests that we receive now with different integrations (Trane integration, LSAs, Angie, Zapier bookings, etc.) I would love to be able to put Alerts to different recipients. For example. the Trane booking request goes to our Sales Coordinator, the Angi booking request goes to a CSR, etc.
Right now it is all or nothing and everyone has to check the booking requests.
