Moving equipment to another location

When we imported our information from our previous software to ST, there were a few locations that had more than one equipment listing in 1 location. We need each piece of equipment to be in their own location. Is there a possibility of moving equipment from one location to another?

Here's a suggestion: Sometimes, a customer moves out of a location, and then another customer moves into that same location. It would be beneficial and practical to transfer that information to the new account with the same location, similar to how jobs can be transferred. Is this something you might consider exploring?

This should totally be a feature added to future versions!

I agree this should be available.  Ran into a different situation today but solution would be the same.  To be able to copy / duplicate the equipment information and have it added to another location or another customer location. (this way it doesn't  have to all be manually typed in)

I don't believe you can move the equipment since it's considered installed at that location but you could edit the equipment and remove it which would deactivate it, (this is permission based). Then add the equipment to the other location it belongs on.
