Technician Reassigned

Being a service company we are constantly adjusting the schedule and reassigning Technicians to booked jobs.  There is not a way to notify the craftsman of a job being reassigned to them and we are having to rely on texting them to notify them of the change.  Is there a way to automate this through the app?

Are you using ST to message them? We typical message our tech through ST off the dispatch board. It's the easiest and fastest way to make sure they are getting the message. The message goes directly to their cell phones.
